Symptom:
"The message sounds warped"

Diagnosis: This problem usually occurs after a power outage. However, we have seen some machines where the processor has failed...causing the audio to fluctuate.

Step 1: Locate the equipment in the telephone room.
Step 2: Push the "reset" button on the right control panel
Step 3: If this does not work, unplug the power supply from unit, wait 10-seconds, reapply power, and download message.

Step 4: If these steps do not solve the problem we will need to replace your equipment. Contact TeleHold immediately.
