Symptom:
"The message volume is too loud / too low…"
Diagnosis: The volume level needs
to be adjusted.
Step 1:
Locate your equipment and the "volume" knob on the right
control panel.
Step 2: Turn volume knob clockwise to increase level. Turn
counterclockwise for decreased levels. Note: the volume control
is very touchy and the slightest movement can increase or decrease
volume drastically.
Step 3: Call your main office number and be placed on-hold.
Repeat Step 2 to achieve proper level.
