Symptom:
"The message sounds distorted…"

Diagnosis: This means the volume level is too high.

Step 1: Locate your equipment and the "volume" control on the front panel.
Step 2: Push volume down to decrease level.
Step 3: Call your main office number and be placed on-hold. Repeat Step 2 to achieve proper level.
