Symptom:
"The message sounds warped"

Diagnosis: This problem usually occurs after a power outage. However, we have seen some machines where the processor has failed...causing the audio to fluctuate.

Step 1: Locate the equipment in the telephone room.
Step 2: Flip "ON/OFF" switch to off on back of unit. Wait 10-seconds. Turn Power back on.
Step 3: Call in to be placed on-hold.
Step 4: If this does not solve the problem we will need to replace your equipment. Contact TeleHold immediately.
