Email Distribution
The most cost-effective vehicle to deliver your on hold or voice prompts quickly and easily is via an email attachment. For most of our clients ordering a small number of audio files, this solution works best. Audio files are generally encoded as MP3’s to reduce their size.

FTP Distribution
This delivery option is best suited for clients that have a large number of voice prompts ready for delivery. If you choose this option, TeleHold will create your free secure FTP account on our servers. We will upload your file, in the file format you request. Once they are staged we will email you with a link, and account information for you to access and download your files.

FileZap®
FileZap® is an Internet-based broadcast distribution service for audio files, and corresponding run-time instructions. This service is ideal for businesses that have multiple locations and require immediate, simultaneous delivery of audio files throughout their organization. Once an audio file is encoded and staged for distribution, FileZap® automatically sends an email to all recipients directing them to a secured link. When the recipient clicks on the link the file is automatically sent to their computer, decoded and ready for use. Once the files are staged, your locations throughout the world will have the files on their desktops within minutes! It’s just that easy!

StudioPatch
TeleHold’s StudioPatch service links our recording studio directly with your telephone system. It’s perfect for legacy phone systems, which don’t support digital audio uploads. Instead of sending you an audio file, we call into your system through a backdoor number, and then record your pre-produced prompts directly into the corresponding voicemail boxes. Legacy telephone systems are no longer limited to voice-only prompts, thanks to StudioPatch your voice prompts can be produced with music and sound effects.
